【岗位职责】 1、确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。 2、接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。 3、处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。 4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。 5、在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。 6、督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。 7、协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。 8、强电值班工程师优先考虑。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。 3、能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

【岗位职责】 1、了解当日客情，负责对餐厅的工作作出相应的安排，特殊客情提供对应式服务。 2、每日出岗前必须按照餐饮卫生标准及仪容仪表标准例行检查，对硬件设备设施进行常规检查，做好维修及维护工作。注意本部门的日常防火和安全隐患。 3、督导落实每天开档、收档工作跟进，和周、月、年度卫生工作计划，保持餐厅整洁；做好餐厅采购、盘点、考勤、客史档案工作。 4、开餐前对楼面、传菜负责区域的领班进行工作检查，做好餐前准备工作。 5、协助经理做好员工培训工作，定期组织员工学习服务技能技巧，提高员工素质，解决问题，调动员工积极性，对员工进行考核、评估，向经理提出员工奖惩建议性。 6、妥善处理客人的投诉，不断改善服务质量，加强现场管理，营业时间必须守在一线，监督所有的餐饮员工在服务中出现的问题，并及时纠正。 7、与客人建立良好的关系，并将客人对食品意见转告厨师长，以改进工作。 8、熟悉餐厅菜牌、酒水牌，熟记每天供应的品种，了解当日厨师长推介及厨师供应的菜肴， 传菜部协调合作； 9、负责餐厅食品安全工作，提供给客人饮料、酒水等必须在保质期内。处理各种突发事件，维护品牌形象和口碑。 10、与其它相关部门做好协调沟通，完成上级安排的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 身体健康，形象气质佳，具备良好的沟通表达能力。 具备全面的餐饮服务及运营管理经验与技能。 具备1年以上五星级同岗位工作经验，有团队精神，执行力强。
