岗位职责 1、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动； 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益； 4、熟练前台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务； 5、熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 7、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度； 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 岗位要求 1、高中以上文化程度，形象气质良好； 2、性格开朗、具有较强的服务意识和责任感。

岗位职责 1.监督服务员的具体操作，保证服务工作符合酒店星级标准。 2.按照领班检查表逐项检查，发现问题，及时报告主管。 3.领导本班服务员做好开餐前的准备工作，着重检查用品、物品是否齐备、清洁和无破损。 4.检查桌椅的摆放是否规范，菜单、酒具是否卫生并无破损。 5.开餐后注意观察宾客用餐情况。随时满足宾客的各种用餐需求。遇有重要宾客和服务员人手不够时，要亲自服务。 6. 督导服务员向宾客推荐特别菜点、饮料，主动介绍菜单。 7.在酒店啤酒花园餐厅夏季营业时（4月中旬-9月中旬）负责协助啤酒花园餐厅负责人运营。 任职资格 1.高中以上学历或同等学历，具有1年以上本岗位工作经验。 2.热爱本职，有较强的事业心和责任感，工作认真负责。          3.掌握一定的菜肴、食品、酒水、烹饪等方面的知识 。 4.具有熟练的服务技能和技巧，能胜任餐厅各种接待服务工作。 5.身体健康、仪表端庄。

1.      严格遵守酒店和工程部的各项规章制度，熟练掌握所管辖设备的运行、操作及维修,保证冷冻机组及其它制冷设备；空调、送排风系统、锅炉、给排水系统的正常运行。2.      每日对天然气、生活水（锅炉、洗衣房、厨房等，夏季冷冻机组冷却水）用量统计记录。发现异常，及时采取措施处理，并报告上级，杜绝事故隐患。3.      按照主管的安排，依据维修保养制度的要求，对冷冻机组及其它制冷设备、空调、送排风系统、锅炉、给排水系统进行维修保养，杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏现象。4.      每日进行室内外温湿度检测，适当调节各空调区域的温湿度。掌握突发事件的处理预案，做好卫生防疫工作。5.      协助主管做好节能降耗工作。6.      严格执行工程部的值班制度、交接班制度、安全操作规程及安全管理规定，确保人身安全及设备安全，机房保持清洁卫生。7.      完成值班工程师、主管布置的其他工作任务，发现问题及时处理并上报。
