负责维修保养酒店两栋楼的客房，公共区域设备设施，厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、各种给排水、蒸汽系统、热交换器和健身房设备等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。 岗位职责： 1. 确保酒店各机械设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管工程师报告；主管应报告给值班工程师并组织人员排除，把情况及时汇报总工程师。 2.当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随后汇报主管或值班工程师。 3.落实所有防火措施，紧急出口门和相应的防火和作业安全措施。每班次都需检查一次落簿签认，特别保证防火水闸处于常开状态，并挂牌标明。 4. 严格遵守操作程序，保质按时做好修补工作，杜绝因修理不及时或修理质量不合格而影响酒店正常营业的事故。 岗位要求： 1. 能够执行酒店服务的要求。 2. 有节能方面的知识。 3. 需要强电或空调方面的知识。 4. 需要有厨房、洗衣房、游泳池、管道等设备的维修经验。 5. 具备电工证。
