【岗位职责】
1. Organization and develop the Kids Activities with normal operation. Ensure the guest service quality and requirements.
组织及开发亲子活动项目,保证员工对客服务质量与需求。
2. Supervise/coordinate operations according to the hotel business objectives.
按酒店的经营目标监督并协助做好部门工作。
3. Direct job duty and professional qualification.
指导员工明确其岗位职责及所应具备的职业素养。
4. Arrange Activities team staff to participate in hotel training course.
根据酒店培训课程,安排活动组员工参加培训。
5. Establishes activity group duty & shift standards.
制定活动组岗位班次要求及岗位职责标准。
6. Establishes Activities team health standards.
制定卫生标准与制度
7. Update standard operating procedures according to hotel policies.
根据酒店政策,及时对本部门的工作程序和标准进行更新和实施。
8. Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature.
与员工进行与工作有关的沟通。
9. Communications and liaises with:
与以下团体沟通。
10. Sharing hotel new activity and staff activity information.
分享更新的酒店及员工活动。
11. Performance review for all employees monthly.
每月对部门员工工作表现进行评估。
【岗位要求】
* Education: College degree or above, with relevant professional knowledge in business management, service management, tourism management, or related fields.
大专及以上学历,具有企业管理、服务管理、旅游管理等相关专业知识。
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning.
2年以上活动策划工作经验。
* Skills & Competencies:Strong familiarity with leisure and recreation service standards and operational procedures. Professional service skills, with the ability to independently conduct staff training on service techniques.熟知康乐部服务各类专业知识及工作程序,具有专业服务技能,并能独立完成员工服务技能培训。有较强的沟通能力、组织能力、协调能力。
