【岗位职责】 1. 监督整个部门的运作；带领团队实现酒店的市场拓展和收入目标。 2. 在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面，向总经理提供建议和支持，树立酒店良好的品牌形象。 3. 维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和酒店的形象，与管理公司各销售部各业务口保持好良好沟通，定期通报酒店经营状况数据。 4. 负责客房营业计划、市场销售计划、广告宣传计划及部门费用计划的拟定。 5. 草拟房价政策和有关政策，交总经理审定。 6. 带领并激励团队成员，采取各项措施，宣传推销酒店。 7. 代表酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。 8. 负责本部门员工的培训和绩效评估工作。 9、以周销售计划为基础，向总经理提交销售拜访概况，和月销售拜访计划。 【岗位要求】 1、全日制大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力，良好英语能力。 3、精通市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，贵宾接待及形象推广等。 4、有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。

岗位职责 1、与潜在客户沟通，挖掘客户在婚礼仪式流程、婚礼场地布置、婚宴等各方面的需求; 2、邀约客户到店展现项目优势、产品特点等，最终完成婚宴和婚庆的签单; 3、拓展同行、转介绍客资渠道； 任职要求 1、专科及以上学历，有3年+销售岗位工作经验; 2、有热情、有冲击、目标感强; 3、普通话标准，沟通表达能力较强，说话具有感染力; 4、有亲和力，有较强的抗压能力; 5、有婚礼堂、婚庆行业、酒店销售经验优先
