The Crowne Meetings Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for convertingassigned leads and assisting Crowne Meetings Fulfillment Executives to convertleads through the effective execution of the inquiry handling process, thepreparation of proposals, quotations, and other activities aimed at meetingclient needs and maximizing hotel revenue. This role also involves workingclosely with Business Development Team to develop expertise in understandingsectorial/customer needs, as well as Revenue Management to maximize leadconversion and drive incremental revenue. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS： 1.Diplomaor equivalent qualifications. Relevant experience in customer relations and/orrelevant experience in the service industry would be an advantage. 2.Good communication andnegotiation skills. 3.Ability to take initiative,meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required. 4.Strong organisational skillsrequired to maintain electronic and paper filing systems
