Job Responsibilities:
1.Cleans up to 13 rooms in a 8-hour shift, ensuring all standards of lay out and cleanliness are that of Hilton laid down policy.
在8小时工作时间内清扫13间客房,确保所有客房达到希尔顿酒店制订的政策。
2.Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.

3.Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.

4.Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guest’s request.

Be responsible for managing Restaurant/bar to deliver an excellent guest service while training talent and working within budgeted guidelines.

· Responsible for guest satisfaction and serving food and beverages.

· Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned task.

· Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
