•Assist in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and / or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.

•Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.

•Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.

•Coordinate, process and distribute all incoming reservations during off hours of Reservations Manager and be responsible for telephone inquiries and information services for the hotel.

•Load and unload luggage carts and assist guest with tagging, storing and retrieving luggage.
