    The Bellman is responsible for the safe and efficient transfer and storage of hotel guests luggage, delivery of messages and other tasks as required by the Bell Captain. The Bellmen must deliver service with poise and respond to guest requests efficiently and effectively following the department standards and procedures so they exceed the guest’s expectation.     The Service Stylist must be outfitted in a  unique uniform that is well designed and chic and contains elements of pink to make them easily identifiable to the hotel guests。 客服大使必须身着精心设计,美观并结合粉色元素的统一制服从而能便于宾客识别.     •Responsible for answering and processing all phone calls directed to the Call Centre. All calls must be answered with a smile in your voice and processed with service with poise. Where necessary follow up must be performed to ensure guests tasks are completed within target timelines. A full up to date working knowledge of the hotel services and local information is required.
