And planning and organizing team members activity. ·       To assist with team member check-in/out process. ·       To complete with Labor Contact preparation/ P&Cmonthly tracking report, etc. To cooperate with all department attendance recorder to ensure monthly attendance report accurately. ·       To responsible to maintain and update the HRMS system. ·       Assist to recruit employment and prepare backresources. To responsible for all team members files and leaves record management. ·       To responsible for all team members cards management,including cards making, issue, return, etc. ·       To responsible for locker management.
