1.管理酒店音响设备 2.定期巡视，维护音控系统，出现故障及时处理，并做好相关记录1.定期对厨房设备进行维护保养，使之达到最佳运行效果 3.对厨房所有区域灯光维护，更换；厨房内燃气管道维护保养做好各项维修作业，使酒店设备正常运行 4.发生故障时，服从主管的调动，应急事故未处理完时，人手欠缺时不得下班，交班时必须将维修情况交代清楚，才能下班，确保酒店的正常运营
