Implement and Drive effective reservationsprocesses, procedures, systems, reports and standards to help drive roomrevenue.
3. 维护所有预订系统(公司管理系统,CRS平台,各项对接,收益管理系统,渠道管理系统,价格销售工具等),通过所有分销渠道管理和控制分销和房存
Champion allreservations systems (PMS, CRS platform, Various interfaces, Revenue Managementsystem (IdeaS), channel management system (Ezyield), Rate shopping tool, etc…).Manage and control distribution and inventory throughall channels of distribution.
4. 确保所有销售渠道价格可用并有效
Champion rateloading and availability through all channels.
5. 根据收益管理经理和行政委员会成员商定的战略在各种销售渠道上突破所有约束
Action all restrictions in each channel as per strategy agreedupon by Revenue Manager and Executive committee.
6. 最大化酒店收益,同时通过基于事实和数据的合理有效收益管理战略,来平衡利润率。在定价,分配和关于各类生意权衡决策(人员,团队,公司帐户等)上充当领导和决策的角色。

To take on aleadership and decision making role for property pricing, distribution andtrade-off decisions concerning any piece of business (crew, group, corporateaccount, etc) in the absence of the Revenue Manager
1. 大学毕业或同等学历
With university degree or equivalent
2. 至少4年相关工作经验尤佳
Minimum four years relevant working experience.
3. 工作认真仔细
Being able to focus in details

Willing to take responsibility
5. 有相关岗位的管理经验
Experience in a management position in a similar environment
6. 熟练使用系统
Familiar with INFO system.
7. 必须熟练掌握英语与中文
High quality written & spoken Mandarin and English
8. 良好的办公自动化软件知识
