岗位职责 1、参加西餐厅例会，每天召开餐前会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示，巡视、监督、检查西餐厅所属员工的各项工作。 2、按工作程序做好与各西餐餐厅及厨房、饮料部关系，及时对部门间争议提出界定要求 3、搞好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。 4、定期向西餐餐厅经理述职，及时解决下级工作争议，关心西餐厅所属员工的思想、工作和生活 岗位要求 1、西餐厅行业两年以上从业经历优先。 2、具备相关的管理经验、管理能力、英语对话能力。 3、热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心。

岗位职责 1.执行会议、政府代表团及散客的销售及跟进接待工作、组织销售代表走访客户，管理客户资料。 2.编写、修改报价信函、合同及推销文书及《备忘录》。 3.积极宣传酒店服务和设施，树立酒店形象。 岗位要求 1.大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.有一定英语基础，能进行基本的听说读写。 3.应征者需具备以下领导素能：行动力、决策能力、变更管理、适应能力、沟通能力、以客为尊、人际关系技巧、群策群力、组织理解力、诚信、发展人的能力、解决问题的能力、战略方向、商业头脑、时间和任务管理能力。

岗位职责 1、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续，完成上级领导安排的工作。 2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益。 4、熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 岗位要求 1.大专以上文化程度，熟练掌握英语，有相关工作经验者优先。 2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。 3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类。 4.相貌端正，身体健康。

岗位职责 1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 岗位要求 1.有中级消防证的优先； 2.有安保经验优先； 3.具有中专以上文化程度，退伍军人优先； 4.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确； 5.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识； 6.身高175cm及以上，形象良好。
