9.主持每天与销售人员的沟通会,检验每日工作的开展,跟进及数据共享.
Conduct daily communication meeting with the entire sales, catering to review on daily activities, job follow ups and information dissemination purposes.
10.确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求
To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure.
11.督导Sales Incentive Plan,对所有参加者的表现进行定期更新.
Supervise Sales Incentive Plan, providing all participants with regular updates on performance
12.与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系.
Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.
13.向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议.
Recommends to the Director of Sales on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets .
14.与销售总监一起参加每月“Account Productivity”回顾.
To participate in “Account Productivity” monthly review with Director of Sales.
15.参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新.
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Director of Sales on the activities of each accounts and market trends.
16.遵守酒店及总部的政策和程序.对个人表现进行时时分析,评估和改进.完成其他交予的工作
