1、了解和掌握消防报警控制设备设施各项性能指标及操作方法； 2、坚守岗位，时刻保持高度警惕。监视火灾报警控制和监控设备设施，严格按程序操作，认真处理当班期间发生的事件，并如实记录； 3、 经常性对消防控制室设备及通讯器材等进行检查，定期做好各系统功能试验、维护等工作，确保消防设施运行状况良好； 4、 保持室内清洁卫生，设施设备无污渍、无尘土，室内物品摆放整齐、墙面、地面洁净；妥善保管室内相关设备设施和各种公用物品，杜绝丢失和损坏，做好领用借用登记； 5、当火警发生时，正确及时地操作使用消防报警控制设备设施，并按规定的报警程序及时的通知有关部门及负责人；火灾确认后，按要求正确的启动和关停有关消防设备设施，配合组织灭火工作； 6、发现设备设施故障时，及时通知值班主管和工程技术人员进行修理维护，主动配合相关人员进行设备设施检修和维护并如实登记； 7、充分发挥监控系统优势，密切关注酒店和写字楼内的各种情况，注意发现可疑人或可疑物。发现异常情况应及时报告值班领导，按照操作程序果断采取应对措施，不得麻痹大意、延误战机； 8、 做好中控室的保密工作。无关人员禁止进入消防控制室内，因工作需要进入监控室的，需经保安部经理（或总监）同意后方可进入，当值人员应做好记录；9、 认真填写当值期间相关设施设备运行记录，发生的情况和处理结果。当班未处理完毕的应交代接班人员继续跟进，并做好物品交接工作； 10、完成领导交给的其它工作任务。 任职条件：中级消防证书

工作职责： 1.熟悉预定资料，了解客情，尤其记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动，了解重要宾客的信息。 2.建立VIP客情档案，掌握当天到店及离店的VIP宾客，与VIP宾客保持良好的沟通，熟悉VIP宾客喜好。 3.时刻保持装束整洁、态度和悦，以最礼貌的方式迎接来店客人。 4.掌握酒店内外信息，提供准确的问询服务。 5.客人住店期间与客人就任何服务需求建立良好的沟通。 6.为旅游客人提供成都本地旅游相关规划，包括但不限于餐饮、娱乐、购物等。 岗位要求： 1.良好的人际关系技巧，注重细节的服务 2.灵活并有效的应对变化 3.自我激励和充满活力 4.熟悉成都旅游市场 5.形象气质良好，女生需165cm以上，男生需178cm以上

岗位职责 1.   两年以上酒店销售从业经验 2.    根据每月市场开发计划，制定个人销售活动计划。 3.    通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，完成销售个人的收入目标。 4.    向销售总监汇报市场信息，包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等。 5.    以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系。 6.    及时高效处理客户的来电、来函。 7.    协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。 8.    熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。 岗位要求 1.    大专以上学历，从事相关工作3年以上或同等职位1年以上经验； 2.    具有酒店销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，具有团队合作精神； 3.    对大型会务的组织及执行有丰富的经验； 4.    具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力； 5.    拥有北上广及成都本地会务客源市场优先； 6.    具备较强的沟通表达能力和较强的抗压能力、结果导向； 7.    按照部门计划，完成销售个人业绩目标； 8.    市场敏感度高，对酒店现有业务能找到扩展出口；对可能发展的业务，能够建立发展机会； 9.    能够高质量的出品和服务，对客户需求作出以超越客户期待的水平；遇到客诉，能够灵活并巧妙化解； 10.  高效执行上级安排的工作，并做到及时反馈；
