Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmost care during their stay. Summary: The server is responsible for the overall experience of guests dining in the outlet. Under the supervision of the Captain, the server controls the service to the guest at their table. He or she also ensures that the table and all mise-en-place are properly set and replenished. Additional duties include following the service sequence, practicing suggestive selling techniques, cashiering duties and following the instructions of the outlet manager. As a position with a lot of guest contact, the server plays a critical role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
