1、自觉遵守财务制度、采购管理制度，不索贿行贿，在平等互利的前提下开展工作。 2、在财务总监的领导下，主持采购部的工作，确保采购任务的顺利完成。 3、根据业务部门的需要和酒店库存情况，编制物资采购计划以及季度、月度具体实施计划。 4、严格遵守采购制度，审核各部门物资采购计划，以及部门物资申购单；组织和督促下属员工做好物资采购工作。 6、根据财务制度规定，负责酒店采购合同的签订。 7、调查研究酒店各部门物资需求及消耗情况，熟悉各种物资的供应渠道和变化情况，确保酒店物资的正常供应。 8、熟悉和掌握酒店所需各类物资的名称、型号、规格等，检查购进物资是否符合质量要求；处理物料采购过程中发生的各类质量问题以及违约索赔。 9、督促采购员开展市场询价工作，及时掌握市场信息，定期进行市场价格信息、供货质量汇总，及时向财务总监汇报。 10、熟练掌握供应链系统的基本操作，组织供应商做好餐饮原料的投标竞价工作，会同餐厅厨房，确定各种原料的价格。 11、督促采购员将采购物品按规定办理入库验收手续，及时结账、报账。 12、选择、评审、管理供应商，建立和更新供应商档案。同时，建立良好的购销关系，定期与供应商沟通，及时调解矛盾。 13、建立采购合同台账，并对合同执行情况进行监督。 14、做好采购资料的整理、归档和保存工作。 15、完成财务总监临时交办的其他工作。

1. 接听酒店内外线电话，回答、记录、处理客人需求和提出的问题并及时跟进，使用专业的语言与客人交流，了解客人的满意度并征询客人评价。 2. 掌握全面细节的酒店信息并在客人咨询时做出及时反应，有能力自主向客人推荐酒店盈利产品，包括但不限于更高级别房间、咖啡、酒水等。 3. 处理多渠道酒店预订，分配客房。 4. 完成客人预抵前到退房全程服务工作；准确掌握付款类型、房态情况；客人退房后处理后期费用问题，根据财务规范准确对账并留存账目记录。 5. 与客房、餐厅、厨房等其他部门配合协调，跟踪房间准备状态以及客人入住期间所有情况。 6. 运行每日报告，包括但不限于入住和离店客人行程、喜好、投诉等信息。 7. 维护专有信息的机密性，包括但不限于酒店内部文件、客人信息等。 8. 向上级报告客人反馈的任何问题，配合上级完成要求的其他合理工作职责。
