Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for GMO, including meeting arrangements, document management, email processing, and office supplies procurement.

Document Management: Organize and archive various departmental files, reports, contracts, and other materials to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on meeting resolutions.

Communication and Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between GMO and other company departments, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.

Financial Support: Assist in handling expense reimbursements, and other finance-related tasks.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
职位要求:
Educational Background: College degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, administrative management, or related fields.
教育背景:具备本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、行政管理等相关专业优先;
Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or in marketing planning, real estate, hospitality, or retail companies are preferred.
