岗位职责:
1. Provide quality management to the Hotelpersonnel and development affairs, and see to the departmental operations arein line with the prescribed corporate standards and in compliance with thecurrent Chinese Government Policies.
为酒店人事和发展事务提供质量管理,确保部门运营符合酒店政策与规定及政府法律法规。
2. unction as primary support to the Human ResourcesManager including activities in employment, benefits, payroll, associatesrelations, wages and salary administration, worker's compensation.
在聘用、福利、员工关系、工资及收入管理方面支持人力资源经理。
3. Works with Employment Administrator to establishand maintain contact with external recruitment sources (e.g., state jobservice, local colleges, recruiting agencies, and community basedorganizations).
与就业管理者合作,建立并保持与外部招聘来源(如国家就业局,本地院校,招聘机构和社区组织)的联系。
4. Complete theyearly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and ensure compliance with goals.
完成年度关键绩效指标并达到标准。
5. Ensures completionof Annual HR Audit-Self Audit as planned, ensure compliance with WHM standards,and assist DOHR with annual HR Audit.
确保按计划完成年度人力资源审计-自我审计,并与集团标准保持一致。协助人力资源总监完成年度人力资源审计。
6. Ensures completionof annual review for all Job Description and Colleague Handbook.
确保工作职责描述和员工手册的年度修订的完成。
7. Organizes ColleaguesEngagement Survey and conducts CES action plan communication meeting and ensureES action plan are in line with WHM's standard. Conduct ongoing coachingconversations with the Associates in both formal and informal setting
负责组织员工满意度调查及召开员工满意度调查行动计划沟通会,确保行动计划符合九龙仓集团标准。在正式和非正式的场合与员工进行持续的辅导对话。
8. Facilitatesinterdepartmental transfers and promotions and transfers or promotions to otherproperties within this property.
促进酒店部门之间的人员内部调转和晋升,以及在集团内部酒店之间的人员调转和晋升。
任职资格:
1. Minimum 3 years college education inGeneral Management/Hotel Management/Education Major(In English Language)
大专三年以上综合管理/酒店管理/教育专业(英语)
2. Programs on personnel and training withqualified academic institutions or professional seminars
有资质的学术机构或专业研讨会开展的人事和培训的项目
