Manage a portfolio of Wedding/Corporate accounts for which you will be responsible for their production, conversion of bookings along with the clients overall product knowledge (Direct clients, wedding planners, RSO / GSA’s)

Present the unique features and benefits for Niccolo Hotel, position the Hotel over and above competitors, monitoring competitors’ activities and rate positioning.
介绍酒店的特色和优点,将酒店定位在竞争对手以上,掌控竞争对手的活动信息及价格定位。
Ensure that all proposal and quotes sent out are followed up within 3-5 days, establishing client feedback and likely hood to confirm.
确保所有提案和报价在3-5天内发出并进行跟进,建立客户反馈并确认其可能性。
Negotiate where necessary on initial proposal costs and breakdown. Include value added extras and/or re-evaluate rates where applicable.

Participate in corporate site inspections, Wedding Fair and the creation of running orders as and when required and planned for in advance accordingly.

Participate in relevant trade shows as and when required.

Identify relevant bookings where the assistance is required from the Director, Events and MICE in order to secure the corporate/wedding business with Niccolo.

Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication

Participates in all departmental weekly meetings

Ensures departmental and personal objectives are being met, reviewed
确保部门和个人目标得到满足和评估。
In conjunction with Director, MICE Sales, personal objectives and action plans are completed, reviewed and updated.
连同总监,会务销售人员,共同完成、审查、更新个人目标和销售计划。
Any other reasonable duties and tasks as directed by Director, Events and MICE and VP, Sales

Qualification:
任职资格:
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing.
至少大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
Minimum 3 years’ international hotel experience in sales and marketing.
至少三年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers.
