岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
全面负责前台日常运营管理工作Oversee daily operations of front desk department
为俄语客人提供专业的接待、问询及投诉处理服务Provide professional reception, inquiry and complaint handling services for Russian-speaking guests
培训并督导前台员工提升俄语服务水平Train and supervise front desk staff to improve Russian service standards
协调各部门为俄语客人提供个性化服务Coordinate with other departments to deliver personalized services for Russian guests
处理预订、入住、退房等全流程俄语服务Handle all Russian-language service procedures including reservations, check-in/check-out
维护重要俄语客人的客户关系Maintain relationships with key Russian-speaking clients
岗位要求 Job Requirements:
2年以上高星级酒店前台工作经验2+ years front desk experience in upscale hotels
俄语专业八级或同等水平,能进行商务会谈TEM-8 Russian proficiency or equivalent, capable of business negotiations
优秀的跨文化沟通能力和服务意识Excellent cross-cultural communication and service skills
能适应倒班工作制Willing to work in shifts
有俄罗斯留学或工作经历者优先Study/work experience in Russian-speaking countries preferred
