Major Responsibilities
主要职责:
Assists Sales Department for the administrative follow up such as contracting, RFP and materials provided to guest.
协助销售团队行政方面的工作,如合同、RFP及客人所需资料。
Assists the Assistant Director of Sales to ensure good communication within the department, with other hotel departments, with LHW offices and between the hotel and the market.
协助销售总监与部门内部、其它部门及LHW总部、酒店和市场之间的良好沟通。
Ensures that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all records.
确保所有文档都得到有序的归档并更新。
Ensures services provided by the department are always available and are always carried out to define Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
确保部门在任何时候都可以提供服务,而且所提供的服务必须符合部门运营手册标准:高效、一致、有礼。
Job Specification
职位要求
:
At least 2 years of work experience at the same position in a five star hotel.
具备五星级酒店同等职位两年以上工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
