1. 负责酒店夜间前台的全面运营管理工作，确保夜班期间前台服务高效有序； 2. 处理夜间宾客入住、退房及相关服务需求，提供专业热情的接待服务； 3. 监督夜间客房状态管理，协调相关部门及时处理突发情况; 4. 妥善处理夜间宾客投诉及突发事件，及时上报重大情况并做好记录; 5. 核对夜间账目及营业报表，确保财务数据准确无误; 6. 维护前台区域整洁及设备正常运转，做好交接班记录。 【岗位要求】 1. 能适应夜班工作制; 2. 具备基础的酒店管理系统操作能力，有OPERA经验者优先; 3. 良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力: 4. 工作细致认真，责任心强，能独立处理夜间事务; 5. 基本英语交流能力，能处理外宾简单需求: 6. 无不良嗜好，身体健康，能胜任夜间工作强度。

1.四年以上 PA.工作经验，二年以上主管工作经验， 熟悉机器使用、地毯、硬地面保养； 2.较好的协调能力； 3.保证酒店的公共区域， 包括大堂、通道、办公室、 餐厅客区、多功能厅、洗手间等处于高度清洁整齐状态； 4.负责PA培训管理工作，确保员工安全操作；

【岗位职责】 1、负责民宿日常接待工作，包括客人入住登记、退房手续办理及咨询服务 2、维护客房清洁与公共区域卫生，确保环境整洁舒适 3、处理客人投诉及突发情况，及时反馈并解决问题 4、协助管理民宿物资，做好物品采购及库存登记 5、策划并执行民宿特色活动，提升客人入住体验 【岗位要求】 1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，热情耐心 2、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日轮班 3、有基础办公软件操作能力，会使用预订系统者优先 4、注重细节，有责任心，能独立处理日常事务 5、对民宿行业有兴趣，愿意长期稳定发展

1.监督GSM、前台、礼宾部及宾客服务中心员工工作。 2.保证员工遵循酒店的规章制度、本地标准操作程序、服务程序及标准并致力于提高宾客满意度。3.确保前厅部员工能始终保持专业的态度。 4.负责前厅部所有员工的培训和发展事宜。 5.负责部门行政管理。 7.负责前厅部所有宾客关系处理。  8.熟练操作Opera、GXP、GV系统。
