DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
Perform all duties as Housekeeping attendant, but not limited to below responsibility as supervisor:

• Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis.

• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems.
对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
负责管理接班和交班工作,以确保交接班过程的有效进行 。
• Distribution and collection of keys.
分发和收集钥匙。
• Management of all incoming and outgoing calls.
管理所有的呼入和呼出电话。
• Solve employee grievances.
解决员工受到的不公正待遇问题。
• Perform Room allocations.
分配客房。
• Perform Room inspections.
检查客房。
• Prioritise arrival rooms.
排列抵店客人客房的优先顺序。
• Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
配合前台满足酒店和客人的要求。
• Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还。
• Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).

• Manage all special requests made by guests.

• Ensure consistency within the department.

• Management of lost property for the hotel.

• Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.

• Manage storage areas.

• Maintain adequate stock levels.

• Complete stock takes as required.

• Maintain stock levels.

• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

• Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.

Qualifications –
学历
• High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相当的大专学历
Experience –
经历
• 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验或培训经验
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
·Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage of the room service.
·Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items,
·Reports records of sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to superiors.
·Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding food and service.
·Makes frequent suggestions to management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.
·负责监督送房服务员工的各方面工作。
·指导员工做准备、服务及菜单方面的工作。
·汇报有关销售、客人投诉及所涉及人员、设备的情况。
·询问客人是否对饭菜和服务感到满意,并明确客人对饭菜的需求。

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
· 能用流利的英语从事前厅服,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
· 有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Chef de partie production of all bakery items, ensure production and consistent quality, delegates work to his subordinates, organizes his work efficiently.
· Prepare pastry & bakery goods in sufficient orders.
· Has knowledge of all pastry&bakery items concerning ingredients, bakery techniques and preparation.
· Ensures production and quality to hotel standards.
· Check fridge and working area thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
· Prepare requisition for all goods needed.
· 在工作中,起到领导带头作用,组织好有工作.监督所有点心制作,以确保质量达到要求。
· 准备足够的食品以确保工作正常进行。
· 熟悉所有西点制品的成份,加工技术及准备工作。
· 确保所有的出品按照标准制作。
· 为避免食品变质,要彻底检查冰箱和工作场地。
· 准备所需物品的采购单。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· High school
· Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel
· Acknowledged managerial skills
· Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
· 高中学历,持有正规专校学习
· 至少3到5年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验
· 具有相关管理技能
· 了解,熟悉HACCP知识
