    岗位职责 1、完成每日的维修和安全检查工作,确保责任范围内的消防设施和工程设备安全运转。 2、制订年、月度检修保养计划和备品备件计划、组织,搞好设备的日常维修保养工作,保持设备良好运行。 3、对酒店突发的设备故障,应立即做好正确判断,组织力量抢救并及时向上级汇报。 4、对其他部门员工开展设备设施操作使用的相关培训。 5、审核维修报表及消防设备报故障的报表,及时分析发生故障原因,提出整改方案,每月整理归档。6、与酒店其他部门确保良好沟通,确保各项工作顺利展开。7、负责防火、防风、防雨工作,做好各类应急预案的演练,保证酒店的安全及正常运作。8、负责酒店设备设施的安装验收、安全运行、维修保养、房屋修缮等管理工作。 [任职条件] 1、自然条件:身体健康,仪表端庄; 2、必须持有电工证; 3、工作经验:具有2年以上酒店工程部工作经验。 4、语言能力:普通话标准 5、能力要求:有强烈的责任感和良好的敬业精神,具有较强的协调能力和处理突发事件的应变能力,熟悉酒店的设备运行状况,具备较强的工程设备管理方面的专业技能。 能熟练应用计算机,熟练操作Office类办公软件、Auto CAD类制图软件。

    Primary Responsibilities主要职责 ·Assist the on duty engineer to complete the maintenance work of kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, pipeline mechanical and electrical equipment, boiler steam equipment, etc., and timely eliminate the orders and feedback. ·Assist the mechanical maintenance engineer on duty to prepare the accounts of hotel mechanical maintenance equipment (kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, pipeline mechanical and electrical equipment, boiler steam equipment, etc.), and prepare inspection, maintenance standards and operation procedures. ·Assist to submit the summary of materials required for maintenance of mechanical maintenance equipment for declaration, and assist in monthly inventory of maintenance consumables and inventory. ·Be familiar with all the mechanical systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement. ·To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement. ·To inspect all mechanical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc. that could improve efficiency and productivity. ·To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation. ·To participate in the annual overhauling of the boiler unit under the supervision of the engineer and assisting in the annual inspection done by the Labour Bureau. ·To carry out any other duties that may be directed by the DIR of ENG.   ·协助当值值班工程师完成厨房设备、洗衣房设备、管道机电设备、锅炉蒸汽设备等维修类工单处理,并及时消单反馈。 ·协助机修值班工程师编制酒店机修设备类(厨房设备、洗衣房设备、管道机电设备、锅炉蒸汽设备等)台账,编制巡查、保养标准和操作流程。 ·协助提交机修设备类维修保养所需物料汇总进行申报,协助每月对维修消耗物料及库存进行盘点。 ·了解酒店设备系统以及设备的运行要求和特性,严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。 ·在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议。 ·对机械设备系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录更正错误,及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患为提高工作效率和促进生产力,应不断向工程师进行信息反馈,在设备改良、技术升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议。 ·每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。   Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 ·Good knowledge and hand on skills of mechanical system operation, repair and maintenance. ·Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of laundry plant, kitchen equipment, pump, etc. ·Knowledge of water treatment testing / analysis. ·Good knowledge of steam and town gas  . ·Technical vocational institute training in general mechanical repairs & maintenance. ·One year of management experience. ·Min2-4 years working experience in mechanical system preferably with hospitality industry. ·Skill of diesel oil generator maintenance. ·Skill of electrical & gas welding will be advantage. ·Skill of pipe work installation.     ·良好机械工程知识和全面掌握设备运行、维修和维护技能。 ·全面掌握洗衣房、厨房设备知识及水泵维护技能。 ·掌握水处理测试/分析知识。 ·全面掌握蒸汽和城镇供气系统知识。 ·正规机械职业学校毕业,专业掌握机械维修和维护知识。 ·一年管理经验。 ·至少2-4年机械维修经验。 ·能够维护柴油机。 ·懂水电焊工作知识者优先。 ·管道安装技术。
