岗位职责 1、参加班前例会或小组例会的工作安排。 2、根据当天的订房情况合理安排及与楼面做好沟通工作。 3、根据主管班前岗位分配工作，站好自己的岗位等待客人光临。 4、当客人来临时主动上前打招呼，并迎接，如是熟客需称呼客人姓氏，问清客人是否有预定，然后将客人带入预定包房。 5、当客人离开时主动帮客人按电梯，并欢迎客人下次光临。 6、当客人遇到其他问题时，尽一切努力为客人解决或及时通知上级主管。 岗位要求 1、女，外形好，气质佳。 2、亲和力沟通能力强，普通话流利。 3、有较强的服务意识，能吃苦耐劳。

男女不限，初中以上学历，五官端正，能吃苦耐劳，有相关工作经验者优先。
