Job Scope:
1. Assist the manager to control and coordinate the daily work of all staff involved to provide exceptional Food and Beverage service to our guests.
2. Maintain a high quality and consistent service in the restaurant.
3. Create a professional and harmonious working atmosphere.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
1. Have a solid knowledge of the Restaurant's behavioral standards.
2. Maintain a complete knowledge of core and departmental standards.
3. Have a solid knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
4. Have solid knowledge of food and beverage menu items and ingredients, preparation methods, and how to explain each item to the guests.
5. Have the ability to train all staff in Food and Beverage knowledge as well as service standards.
6. Knowledge of how to post items and use the POS system as per policies and procedures in place.
7. Have strong organizational skills.
8. Ability to perform all tasks in the department.
9. Computer literate in Word, Excel.
10. Knowledge of our reservation system.
11. English level achieve restaurant require.
12. 2 years of Fine Dining working experience as an Assistant Manager or above.
