岗位职责 1、根据楼层住客情况，由楼层管家安排到不同楼层收集脏布草。 2、分开每一楼层从服务员工作车上卸下用过脏布草（抹布），装满一车后，送布草房。 3、同布草房员工一起点数、分类，并在布草交收单上写明每一类布草的数目。 4、按以一换一的原则，领取等量的干净布草，送到原楼层并负责堆放好。 5、按以上程序负责收送完整个楼层当天的布草。 6、配合布草房做好每月一次的布草盘点。 岗位要求 1、相貌端正；身体健康； 2、无不良嗜好；为人正直，热爱本职工作。
