KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要 1.         Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of Apartments and Surroundings (e.g. Corridors, lift lobbies, carpets) reporting defects, achieving zero referrals from Residents. 保持房间及外围环境的清洁、完好状态。及时报告需维修项目，实现零缺陷服务。 2.         Maintain operational readiness of equipment and distributions of supplies. 保证设施设备的良好使用状态，及时补充消耗品。 3.         Assist with the removal and replacement of curtain, furniture, fixtures and soft furnishings and maintenance of furniture store. 帮助住客搬移窗帘、家具、及其它家用设备。 4. Assist with the cleaning of Apartments, e.g. cleaning of, windows, upholstery, rugs, carpets, walls, lighting, air-con vents and ceiling 帮助清洁房间设施（例如：窗户、地垫、地毯、墙面、灯、空调口、天花等）。 5. 1. 客户关系的维护和拓展新客户。 主要工作职责 1.负责公司客户，维护客户关系（经常通过邮件、电话等方式对客户进行拜访）。 2.拓展新的公司客户以及相关跟进工作。 3.带领客户现场参观。 4.调查竞争对手的相关信息（如：价格、促销方式等）。 5.制作月度和年度的销售产量和收入报表。 6.每月客户的反馈、月度房态的核查、月度价格的核查、网站信息的核查。 7.跟进预订和付款情况，确保所有的预订准确无误。与预订同事有良好的沟通。 8.对所有在线预订中心系统的操作准确及高效。 9.每年度及时更新与旅行社的协议，并跟进相关协议的返回情况。 资质需求 1.大专以上学历。 2.半年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。 3.流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。 4.良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。 此岗位接受愿意从事销售的有志青年，酒店管理或旅游管理的毕业生，或者从事过酒店前台岗位想转销售的人员。 双休，八小时工作制、每年不低于7天带薪年休假、过节福利、餐补、年度旅游、年度体检。

主要工作职责   1、全面负责公寓的安全工作，包括物业安全、财务丢失、钥匙分配、消防安全等，确保各项安全措施的执行。 2、负责制定和落实公司的各项管理制度、工作程序以及各项安全﹑消防方面的应急预案。 3、负责对发生在物业内的涉及到消防、意外事故、受伤、损害、恐吓、交通事故等事件进行调查，及时找出嫌疑对象或提早预防可能出现的意外事故。   4、负责组织开展以“防火、防盗、防破坏、防爆、防突发事故”的“五防”为内容的安全、法制知识的培训，及负责所有部门员工的各项安全管理工作。 5、协助和督促公司相关部门的各项安全管理工作，与各部门负责人就安全防护工作保持联络，使物业和谐运转。 6、及时汲取各方面对于物业安全的意见和建议，并积极改进。 7、关注搜集所有关于消防的安全设备、保护装置的信息。 8、与物业所在社区的公安、消防和政府有关部门保持良好的联系，建立物业的良好声誉。 9、遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。 资质需求 1、大专或同等以上学历； 2、有2年以上服务公寓/星级酒店相关管理工作经验，接受过酒店保安培训者优先考虑； 3、持有相关消防证书 4、掌握并熟悉有关安全、保卫、侦破、消防等职务知识，有一定的法律知识； 5、具有良好的语言组织能力、沟通能力和管理能力，且具有处理突发事件的能力； 6、富有工作责任心，诚实可靠，态度积极； 7、头脑清醒，办事敏捷，品貌端正，精力充沛； 8、熟练使用电脑，熟悉 Microsoft Office 软件（例如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等）； 9、能承受工作压力。
