岗位职责 1.协助酒管理层收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.大专及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2.熟悉办公室的软件操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

岗位职责 1、负责统筹管理客衣、客房、餐饮布巾 、制服等的洗涤、熨烫； 2、负责检查洗涤的方法和过程，负责检查洗衣流程，如果必要进行修正和改善； 3、直接向客房部经理报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况； 4、和工程保障部保持联系，改善工作方法和设备，解决设备维修、保养和替换的问题； 5、根据客房入住率和餐饮布巾需求量，安排好布巾、制服的洗涤工作，保证提供足够的布巾； 6、按照工作程序，培训员工。和员工开会时讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息，并安排工作。 7、负责保持工作需求和人工需求的平衡，根据公司考勤制度及个i不工作情况安排员工的请休假流程； 8、负责检查洗衣房办公室的工作，如生产报告、工作安排和其它记录，负责管理和调查所有有关客衣损坏的问题，如果需要赔偿，负责和管理层协商赔偿额； 9、了解市场上洗涤剂的最新发展，选择高效、高质的洗涤剂，用于提高洗涤的质量；了解好的洗涤方法、程序、洗涤剂，以及洗涤报价； 10、建立产品标准记录和培训技能记录； 11、向上级提供洗衣市场的情况，提出好的建议和采购设备的建议 12、服从和完成上级交给的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1、具备相关工作经验，拥有同岗位经验者优先； 2、具备沟通能力及管理能力，处事灵活，稳重；

1、负责拟订酒店年度综合财务计划和中长期财务规划方案，制定财务制度及有关规定，建立健全财务管理体系； 2、 根据公司年度财务计划，制定部门年度、月度工作计划，落实到具体项目和相关人员； 3、负责检查部门月度工作计划执行情况，提出改进措施，确保完成财务任务； 4、审核公司财务预算，并监督各部门、各单位预算执行情况； 5、对公司的资金情况进行管理和监督，编制现金流量情况分析报告，建立资金状况预警机制； 6、审核公司固定资产、流动资金等的盘点情况； 7、每月组织编制会计报表、财务分析报表 ，定期组织编制财务状况说明书，分析公司偿债能力、经营能力、盈利能力、成长能力，并提出财务建议； 8、负责公司财务人员队伍建设，提出对下属人员的调配、培训、考核意见； 9、负责审核部门费用预算，根据审批的预算，控制、审核部门费用支出； 10、完成上级交办的其它工作。 （二）任职要求： 1、大专（含同等学历）及以上，财务、会计、经济管理等相关专业，会计师中级职称及以上； 2、熟悉法律、金融等相关知识；精通会计、财务管理等相关知识； 3、熟练使用WORD,EXCEL等办公软件和财务软件； 4、5年以上酒店财务从业经验，3年以上财务团队领导经验。
