BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
To supervise the Front Desk, Concierge,
Executive Club and Guest Services Center and Reservation teams. To ensure that
they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while
striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned
areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for
hiring, training and development of all front office associates, so they are
hospitable, outing and guest oriented.
监督前台、行政酒廊、礼宾部、宾客服务中心和预定部。以确保他们遵守酒店的政策,程序和标准,并且为提高客人满意度而努力。确保上述区域在任何时候都以专业的方式工作。同时负责招聘,培训和发展员工,使得前厅员工都表现出殷勤好客,外向以及拥有良好的待客之道。
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务
1. Regular holding department meeting.定期组织部门会议。
2. Be familiar daily activity of hotel and update share for team members.熟知酒店每天的活动信息,如有更新及时与部门分享。
3. Ensure work shifts are covered with adequate staff during peak periods
and high occupancy.确保高入住率和高峰期时有足够的人员当班。
4. Ensure all associates clearly understand his work process and
responsibilities.确保每位员工清楚了解自身的工作流程与职责。
5. Pay more attention associate’s performance including training,
coaching, counseling, guidance or proper disciplinary action.关注员工表现,给予培训,辅导或者是适当的纪律处分。
6. Ensure associate is properly groomed and wear clean uniform including
name tag at all times.确保员工仪容仪表整齐,制服干净并佩戴名牌。
7. Ensure monthly associate attendance record is complete timely.确保月度考勤及时完成。
8. Regularly to inspect front office operation area, including front desk,
executive club, concierge and guest service center, and ensure each section
cleanliness and tide.定时巡视前厅各个区域,前台、行政酒廊、礼宾和宾客服务中心,并确保各区域整洁卫生。
9. To supervise department cost control.监督部门成本控制。
10. Maintain a good working relationship with the associate and other
department.维持与员工和其它部门良好的工作关系。
11. Assist with facilitating department training modules. Continually
monitor, evaluate and revise training content to achieve team member’s needs.协助加强部门培训,不断监督,评估,修改培训内容以达到团队成员的需求。
12. Attend executive committee morning meeting while Front Office Manager
is absence.当部门经理不在时,要参加早上行政会议。
13. Ensure the lobby is keep clean and driveway is free of obstruction and
traffic congestion.确保大堂保持整洁,车道无拥挤及堵塞的现象。
14. Control the expense on car maintenance and gasoline.控制维修汽车和加油的成本。
15. Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average
room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue.监督前厅部队伍,确保最高的入住率和平均房价,以实现收益最大化。

Maintain knowledge of
credit policies and procedure and liaise closely with finance department to
ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out.掌握信用政策和程序,并与财务部密切联系,以确保信用程序的全面执行。

Ensure all associate
are positive development for new Wyndham Rewards members.确保所有员工积极地发展温德姆奖赏计划会员。
18. Maintain efficiency in the operation of the associate in a high
standard of quality of service and courtesy, improving hotel guest
satisfaction.确保员工保持高效运作,给客人提供高效优质服务的服务,提高酒店客人满意度。
19. VIP rooms are inspected and all concerned should be advised prior to
guest arrival.提前检查贵宾房间,确保客人到达前准备好。
20. Build relationship with local PSB office.与当地出入境管理所保持良好工作关系。
RELATION其它
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and
fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly熟悉财产安全,急救,消防的紧急程序和操作设备的安全性及合理性。
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION 替代和临时任务
1. To be ready and responsible for other duties assigned by the management随时完成其它任务。
2. Complete on duty task assigned by Front Office Manager.完成前厅部经理布置的任务。
3. The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All
associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be
necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands.员工需明确酒店是每周7天,每天24小时运作的行业。因工作需要,上班的班次会随时调整。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1.
College graduate.大学专科毕业。
2.
At least 2 years’
experience in a hotel of international standard.至少2年以上在国际标准酒店工作经验。
3.
Must be familiar with Front
Office operations and minimum 1 year Front Desk Experience.必须熟悉前厅部的操作并且至少1年前台工作经验。
