岗位职责 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。

1、准备所有的烤制配料及烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点及其他简单的烤制食品； 2、准备各种果冻和较少的生面； 3、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作； 4、确保有足量的面包供应。 岗位要求 1、中专以上学历，在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验2年以上； 2、熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪； 3、熟练面包制作工艺及高超技能。

【岗位职责】 1、负责本部门文件的打印、传递及酒店的油印工作。 2、负责酒店外聘人员入职体检及办理就业证、居留证等。 3、负责填写每月考勤卡并协助检查员工的工卡。 5、为培训部做文书工作，记录酒店培训的有关事宜。 6、根据培训安排进行资料的印制工作。 7、生日会及其他员工活动的照像工作。 8、定期更换员工宣传栏的内容。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。 2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。 3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。 4、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。

【岗位职责】 1、管理酒店日常财务管理工作。 2、建立财务管理体系，完善各项财务管理制度。 3、完善内部控制体系，检查财务运行情况。 4、监督检查酒店财务运做和资金收支情况。 5、负责与财政、税务等有关部门保持良好的关系。 6、审核每日现金、银行存款日报表，并在签章后，报送财务负责人。 【岗位要求】 1、专科学历及以上，财经类专业，会计相关证书。 2、熟悉酒店行业财务流程, 熟悉国家财务、税务、审计等相关法规政策。

·保持对酒店所有应收账款的合理和正确的记录； ·确保账务和报表及时提供； ·确保对拖欠酒店款项的(不仅限于)客人，团体，工作人员，宴会，雇员和信用卡公司进行准确的记录； · 确保每天各个账户入帐的准确性； ·检查账单的支持文件，确保在账单发出前，所有信息均准确； ·调节每天传输到PMS和POS机的信用卡付款，确保微信，支付宝等交易正确入账； ·回应顾客和债权人的疑问，并跟进旅行社拖欠佣金的查询； ·确保递交账单和必要文件以证明应收款并确保及时收款； ·确保及时发送帐户，账单及跟进信件； ·确保有关拖欠帐款的必要信息已提供给适当的人负责跟进(比如,信贷经理或财务总监)； ·每月平衡所有子公司账户应收分类帐到合适的控制帐户，并准备所有应收账户账龄的分析表（包括员工的应收账款）； ·准备所有关于应收账款的必要报告，应收款文员只负责准备应收账款报告，信贷负责书写评论； ·参与每月信贷会议； ·处理员工挂账,包括库存销售,工资扣除及账单，随后准备折扣凭证以做折扣/调整； ·在PMS中及时挂账应收付款(包括支票，信用卡等)  ·维护适当的并且最新的数据档案系统。
