职位描述
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
·Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage of the room service.
·Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items,
·Reports records of sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to superiors.
·Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding food and service.
·Makes frequent suggestions to management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.
·负责监督送房服务员工的各方面工作。
·指导员工做准备、服务及菜单方面的工作。
·汇报有关销售、客人投诉及所涉及人员、设备的情况。
·询问客人是否对饭菜和服务感到满意,并明确客人对饭菜的需求。
·向领导提出建议以提高工作效率和促进销售的目的。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· College degree or above, with more than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
· 能用流利的英语从事前厅服,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
· 有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
