1.To ensure consistency and highest quality in the taste, presentation and appropriate food temperature for food served in the outlet. 确保食物在餐厅被端出时拥有最高的质量以及稳定的口味,摆盘和食物应有的适当温度
2. Assists Chef de Parties &Demi Chef in ensuring that production level of food required is consistency with the needs of the Company.协助厨房主管和厨房领班确保所需食品拥有稳定的生产水准来达到公司的要求
3.Ensure that all menu items dispatched for service are in accordance with established standards of presentation.确保所有被派发出去用来做服务的菜单产品符合既定的已有标准
4.Maintains good relationship with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.确保同事之间拥有良好的关系和提高团队精神
Job Requirement/职位要求
1.Basic understanding of Mandarin, English.有基本的普通话、英语基础
2.2 years recognized hotel experience or recognized restaurant experience or minimum 1 year & half in similar capacity.两年以上认可酒店经验或认可的餐厅经验或至少一年半的相似经验
3.Advance Culinary Techniques, Interpersonal Skills &Creativity.一定的烹饪技能,人际交往能力和创造力
4.Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.灵活并适应不同的工作地点
5.Adaptable & flexibility in working hours.适应灵活的工作时间
