?Planning and Management: Be in charge of setting up HR policy, including labor contract, employment handbook, other administration and HR related internal regulations; assist the outlets and departments in making manning & budget; make the manning & budget of HR department.
?Recruitment: According to the needs of outlets, update the recruitment plan; supervise the recruitment progress and feedback to outlets; verify the weekly recruitment report and improve the recruitment management; supervise the new staff on board process.
?Compensation & Benefits: supervise the monthly attendance record and the monthly payroll report; under the direction of Corporate Office, set up the incentive & bonus plan for outlets; calculate the incentive monthly, quarterly, annually; set up and implement the evaluation plan, improve the existing KPI system, assist outlets and departments in implementing semiannual appraisal.
?Training: supervise the orientation for new staff, improve the training system by developing internal trainers and implementing English training for staff.
?Employment Relations: deal with labor disputes; pay close attention to latest labor law changes and rectify the Company policy accordingly.
?Management of Expatriate Employees: supervise the application of working permit, residence permit and insurance; the In & Out management of expatriate employees; the payroll of expatriate employees.
?Others: well arrange the Public Holidays; arrange staff outing, annual dinner and benefits plan for Holidays
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferable in HR, business administration or other related majors;
-Minimum of 5 years professional work in the Human Resources (full function) International company experience will be a plus.
-Minimum of 3 year experience in HR in the food and beverage industry

?任职资格要求
-正规大学本科学历及以上,人力资源、工商管理或其他相关专业优先;
-8年以上人力资源专业工作经验(全职能),有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
-5年以上餐饮行业(中高端西餐或连锁餐饮)人力资源工作经验
-在沪经验
