    This role will have responsibility for the management of the Hilton Honors loyalty program in Greater China, with a specific focus on increasing member volume and room nights contribution to the loyalty program, facilitating and enabling hotels facing questions regarding the program, designing tactics to increase activities of members, and driving incremental revenues to hotels for rooms, F&B, and beyond.     (外籍/Expat) Main Duties Administration §  Ensures that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate. §  Replaces the Executive Chef in his/her absence in representing the Food and Beverage function on the hotel's Executive Committee. §  Assists in overseeing the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals. §  Conducts regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary. §  Ensures the smooth operation of the Culinary Departments in the absence of the Executive Chef. Customer Service §  Ensures that all guest contact culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. §  Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. §  Spends time in culinary areas observing employee-guest/employee-internal customer interaction, working through Heads of Department to coach employees as necessary. §  Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. §  Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Financial §  Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests. §  Ensures that each profit centre (e.g. Outlet, Banquets) is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise. §  Ensures that each cost centre (e.g. Stewarding) operates with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest. §  Assists in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage. §  Assists in monthly reforecast, involving the respective Heads of Department as appropriate. §  Assists in proactively managing costs based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Heads of Department as appropriate. §  Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to. §  Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets. §  Assists with the input and oversight of product specifications, recipes and other data as required, supporting the smooth operation of Materials Management and Cost Audit functions. Marketing §  Constantly evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations to make sure that the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge. §  Sources for Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business. Operational §  Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. §  Monitors all operations, especially during peak business periods, working through the respective Head of Department to make adjustments where necessary. §  Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented. §  Ensures that the Culinary Departments respond to the results of the Consumer Audit and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented. §  Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. Operational (continued) §  Ensures that culinary employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”. §  Ensures that all employees are up-to-date with the availability of seasonal and new products on the market. §  Tastes and monitors the food products served throughout the operation, providing feedback where appropriate. §  Works with the Materials Manager in the procurement of the best product for the best price and in the management of the relevant areas of the Commissary Kitchen. §  Works closely with the Stewarding Manager to ensure that hygiene standards are maintained and that operating equipment is cared for to maximise its useful life and to minimise breakage. §  Oversees the quality and variety of food and beverages served in the Employee Restaurant, ensuing that this outlet is operated to the same standard as any other outlet. Personnel §  Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage employees.   Ensures that Kitchen managerial employees follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting their employees. §  Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards. §  Maximises the effectiveness of Heads of Department by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. §  Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with employees and supports them in their professional development goals §  Ensures effective training programmes for employees in coordination with the Training Manager and their Departmental Trainers. §  Encourages employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation. §  Oversees the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules in each department, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators. §  Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics. §  Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations. §  Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security. §  Provides feedback on the results of the Employee Opinion Survey and ensuring that the relevant changes are implemented.     酒店名称:雅安川投豪生温泉度假酒店 该职位工作地点:四川省雅安市石棉县草科乡 岗位专业要求:旅游类、艺体类、工商管理或酒管类等 岗位职责: 1.负责公司酒店团队组建,运营方案制定、新酒店项目筹开等经营管理工作。 2.全面负责处理酒店的总体事务,和酒店全体员工共同努力,完成酒店所确定的各项目标。 3.制定酒店的经营管理目标、经营方针,包括制定各种规章制度和服务操作规程,规定各级管理人员和员工的职责,并监督贯彻执行。 4.检查营业进度与计划的完成情况,并采取对策,保证酒店业务顺利进行。 5.加强酒店维修保养工作和酒店的安全管理工作。 6.健全酒店的财务制度,阅读分析各种财务报表,检查分析每月营业情况,督促财务部门做好成本控制、财务预算等工作。 7.组织规章制度在酒店的贯彻执行,结合酒店实际情况建章建制,并组织实施。审查酒店规章制度,工资奖金实施方案,奖惩方案,职工生活福利及重大制度改革事项,提请上级审议决定。 8.负责制订、修改酒店的经营管理目标、酒店经营方针计划、年度工作计划、预算管理计划,调整产品结构和经营方式,报经批准后组织实施。 9.健全酒店的财务制度,阅读分析各种财务报表,检查分析每月营业情况,督促财务部门做好成本控制、财务预算等工作。 10.定期巡视酒店公众场所及各部门的工作情况,检查服务态度和服务质量,及时发现问题、解决问题。 11.决定部门经理、酒店机构设置、员工编制及重要人事变革,主持酒店管理人员的录用。 12.培养人才,指导各部门的工作,提高整个酒店的服务质量和员工素质。 13.传达上级的有关指示、文件、通知,协调各部门之间的关系。 岗位要求: 1.熟悉现代企业经营管理,具有10年以上酒店行业工作经验,5年以上品牌酒店管理公司事业部或高管经验,具有国企酒店品牌管理经验者优先。 2.熟悉酒店融资、投资、规划、设计、建造、筹开、运营等全过程管理,并在相关领域有丰富经验。 3.认同公司企业文化,懂政治规矩,有责任感、敢担当,且具有较好的组织、协调管理能力,具备敏锐的市场洞察力、较强的危机事件处理能力与公关能力。 4.特别优秀者可适当放宽。

    Job Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for the operations of all the kitchens and the delivery of the highest standard of food quality as per Marriott standards and procedures. Ensures that all food in the hotel, whether cooked or uncooked is consistent in terms of quality, taste and presentation as set by him. Ensures preparation of food produce superior meals within budget parameters, which will result in a profitable food operation. He plans meals, supervises and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen associates. He is also to be familiar with competitive operations with regards to pricing, quality and merchandising.  岗位概述:行政总厨的职责是负责所有厨房的运作,确保所有食品按照万豪的高标准,高质量出品。酒店内食品,成品或半成品保持一贯质量、口味及外观。在预算范围内提供高质量食品并保证利润。计划出品并管理、协调主厨、厨师及其他厨房员工的工作。同时也要关注竞争对手的食品、价格及质量。 Job Knowledge / Skill: 1.Must have a good knowledge and understanding of Western and basic Asian cuisines 2.Must be “hands on” and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills. 3.Must have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation. 4.Must be a good trainer 5.Good command of English and a good communicator 专业知识技能: 1.必须熟知西餐食品及基本的亚洲菜系 2.熟练及出色的技能 3.必须有足够的能力创建新的菜肴并对食品的出品及展示作出适当的标准 4.是一个好的训导师 5.较高的英语水平及良好的沟通 Experience: At least has 5 years kitchen experience in 5 Star Hotel at supervisory level, with a minimum of 3 years as Executive chef. 经验:至少5年以上五星酒店主管级,及3年以上行政总厨的工作经验 Additional Skill required: Training skills and leadership.  With a very Proactive and positive attitude to work and demonstrate flexibility. 其它技能要求: 培训技巧及领导技能 积极主动的工作态度及很强的适应能力
