1. Based on the needs of the hotel, through
marketing plans, utilizing sales channels and platforms, position the hotel and
its products to potential customers in relevant ways.

2. Manage daily activities of social media
channels. Participate in online conversations, establish brand awareness,
customer satisfaction, and marketing/e-commerce support.

3. Establish direct marketing plans, targeted
activities, and activate channels to drive consumer awareness and preferences,
increase market share, and establish a broader investment portfolio and brand

4. Maintain and update sales records manually
or using a computer to ensure that daily work is completed on time.

Duties &
Responsibilities 职责义务:
1. Ensures hotels' eCommerce strategies are
effectively implemented in the online platform.

2. Ensures compliance and participation in
company promotions and eCommerce channels.

3. Understand the working relationships between
sales, revenue and F&B.

4. Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in
consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Sales
& Revenue leaders and eCommerce leaders.

5. Partners with Operations, Food &
Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house
guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.

6. Acts as the liaison between the marketing
department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns'
creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.

7. Assists in the development and execution of
the cluster marketing plan (e.g. retargeting campaign, OTA marketing, etc.).

8. Develops the offer landing page on
Marriott.com for cluster offers.

9. Identifies and obtains Marriott.com and OTA
marketing and merchandising placements as appropriate.

10. Develops and executes promotions campaign in
F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and
social media channels.

11. Active participation and submission of
reports at sales meetings.

14. Managers account base and maintains all
customer information up to date manually and
