4.定期对所有客房区域进行视察,以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养、更换和整修。
5.每天检查楼层和客房,尤其是VIP房间,抽样检查空房和入住的房间,确保最高的清洁质量。
1.Ensuring the guest room standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.
2.Schedule routine inspection by supervisors, of all Housekeeping areas including occupied, non-occupied rooms and public area.
3.Assist in monitoring and controlling Housekeeping procedures including Lost and Found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
4。Inspects guestrooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required.
5.Check guest floors daily. Inspect VIP rooms, spot check occupied and vacant rooms, to ensure that maximum cleanliness and standards are maintained.
