1、在符合年度商务计划规则的前提下，明确的核算运营预算并决定部门应达到的收入、花费、人力、营运设备及固定资产。参与准备部门年度预算与财务计划。监控预算并控制费用，重点监督食品、酒水与人力成本。 2、在适当的时候提供准确的和切合实际的预测及更新的预期变化。 3、监督成本并提出可衡量的控制成本的建议，确保严格遵守部门的营运预算范围。 4、为酒店管理本地餐饮市场营销计划；参加和维护整个系统的餐饮市场营销计划和促销活动。与其他部门领导合作，发掘提高营收的各种销售机会。推出各种能为宾客带来杰出就餐体验的促销活动。 5、制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标。迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保宾客感到非常满意。  站在宾客的角度分析他们的需求，识别并满足宾客的期望，树立宾客忠诚度。  与宾客联络互动，确保达成宾客的期望。  6、处理员工日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定工作和发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，协助解决各种员工矛盾，提高员工绩效。 任职资格： 1. 酒店相同职位工作经验2年以上。 2. 熟知餐饮运作。 3. 精通餐饮专业知识和管理知识。

•Familiarize yourself with the contents of the menu and drink list, and can explain it to the guests in detail.  熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，并可以向客人做出详细解释。•Familiarize yourself with the food on the buffet table. 熟悉自助餐台上的食品。 •Respond positively to guest complaints and suggestions and give feedback to the restaurant manager with the necessary information. 以积极的态度处理客人的投诉及建议，并把必要的信息反馈给餐厅经理。 •In the service time with a positive attitude, efficient and accurate positioning and to meet customer requirements and needs. 在服务时间内以积极的态度，高效、准确的定位及满足客人要求及需要。 •Proactively serve guests, meet any reasonable requirements of guests, and train staff to anticipate guests' needs. 积极主动的为客人服务，满足客人任何合理要求，并且培训员工能够预见客人的需求。 •Ensure that all standards in the Customer Service Guide, Standard Service Manual are consistently and effectively implemented throughout the department. 确保在对客服务指南，标准服务手册中的所有标准都能够在整个部门持续有效的贯彻。 •Service standards can be clearly explained to other employees. 可以清楚的向其他员工解释服务标准。 •Ability to evaluate the performance of other employees against service standards. 能够按照服务标准评估其他员工的工作表现。 •out in accordance with service standards. 确保日常部门的培训能够按照服务标准进行。

1.To ensure that each food and beverage outlet and Conference and Banqueting event is managed in line with key service standards and specified profit margins as an independent profit center.在符合服务标准，利润率和独立的利润部门的前提下，确保所有小部门，会议及宴会的正常运营。 2.To ensure that each outlet is managed by a Management Team (Restaurant Manager/Head Chef) who are totally accountable for the profitability and service standards achieved.确保所有的小部分具有完善的管理团队（餐厅经理/厨师长）对收入利润和服务标准承担责任。 3.To co-ordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, manning, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the Annual Business Plan. 1、具有良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。 2、具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。 3、正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。 4、至少 3 年在星级酒店同岗位工作经验。

1. 工资面议，具备市场销售或者运营工作背景； 2. 代表业主公司对酒店管理团队的决策及其实施过程进行有效监督、检查，全面负责协调和沟通日常管理工作； 3. 加强与酒店的交流和沟通，灵活组合各方面的可用资源，凝聚各部门的功能，使之互补合作，提高酒店运营效率，提高酒店服务质量，最大化业主的经济回报； 4. 与酒店总经理建立定期例会制度(如每月一次)，共同商讨酒店经营策略，并不时对其作出必要调整。 5. 提供咨询意见和信息，帮助酒店了解市场情况、最新的法律法规及规范; 6. 针对酒店员工的实际情况，督促酒店加强对员工的管理和技术培训，提高管理效益和服务质量。 7. 负责重要客人的接待工作，保持与社会各界的广泛联系，塑造企业良好的内、外部形象； 8. 营造企业文化氛围，塑造和强化酒店文化价值观； 9. 监督酒店员工队伍建设，培养、选拔中高层管理人员和优秀员工； 10. 按时完成业主公司交办的其它工作。
