1.Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes
根据标准的菜谱准备高质量的食物;
2.Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage dishes
协助准备、摆设、装饰、储存菜品;
3.Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Chef de Parties, Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards指导厨房的助手、包括厨房主管、副手、厨师、厨房服务员和管事;Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
与他们的上级交流意见,如顾客的评论和其他有关的信息
Qualification:
任职资格
1.chef certification;
具有厨师等级证书;
2.More than 1 years relevant chef experiences in international hotels or restaurant.
1年以上国际品牌酒店或餐饮同岗位工作经验;
1. Have deep love for hotel and develop on it. 热爱酒店事业,希望在此方面发展;
3. Good team work and work hard , submit to hotel arrangement
有良好的团队合作能力,吃苦耐劳,服从酒店安排。
4. Good looking , and health (can apply health cetification) 五官端正,身体健康(提供健康证,无影响食品卫生的相关疾病),体态均匀。
岗位要求:在校生,可连续实习至少3个月以上。
