    This role will have responsibility for the management of the Hilton Honors loyalty program in Greater China, with a specific focus on increasing member volume and room nights contribution to the loyalty program, facilitating and enabling hotels facing questions regarding the program, designing tactics to increase activities of members, and driving incremental revenues to hotels for rooms, F&B, and beyond. What will I be doing? As the Senior Manager, Loyalty operation Hilton Greater China & Mongolia (GCM), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ·       Develop and implement the strategy for Honors loyalty program growth including member acquisition, marketability Occupancy and Hotel engagement plans in Greater China, in partnership with the commercial teams in region and liaison with the global and APAC Honors teams. ·       Support China Hilton Honors program development to achieve regional growth goal, including long term program proposition development, commercial assessment, operation and implementation of China relevant propositions. ·       Drive Honors on-property enrolment, member occupancy, marketability, and activation in partnership with the Regional Operations teams and General Managers across Greater China. Ensure everyone have access to the necessary information, market data, various tools and equipment to fulfill their job responsibilities * Establish and maintain contact with key customers and external stakeholders to increase business volume, including room sales, catering sales, and banquet services Supervise various marketing activities and maintain hotel image * To work closely with other Executive Committee members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests * To make sure Sales associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments We are looking for someone who: * Has a passion for Sales and Marketing * At least 3 years similar working experience in international hotel brand * Excellent administration skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills * Proficiency in English, in both oral and written * Strong team spirit and communication skills * Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers

    Responsibilities Responsible for safeguarding the hotel assets and financial resources to ensure that all are utilized to maximize hotel profitability. Provides timely and accurate financial information and counsel to hotel senior management and ensures that the hotel operates within all related local and corporate policies and procedures and under the terms of the management agreement. Preferred Qualification and Skills 1. University degree – major in accounting or finance preferred; 2. Requires a working technical knowledge of Generally accepted accounting principles and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing and food & beverage control. 3. From three to five years of experience in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization. 4. Must be fluent in spoken English and Chinese and be proficient at reading and writing in English and Chinese. 5. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
