    Pre-opening project in Shanghai. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a property development company in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive operational standards and procedures for the hotel. Ensure that all departments adhere to these standards, promoting consistency and excellence across all operational areas. Update operational standards as needed to reflect changes in the industry or hotel's business needs. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure compliance with established service standards and quality guidelines. Monitor operational procedures and ensure that all departments adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures for service excellence. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures. Actively monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, using this information to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with department heads to address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Develop and oversee the implementation of the hotel's operational budget, including revenue and expense projections. Seek opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses, while maintaining service quality. Analyze operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Review and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience. Identify innovative ways to generate additional revenue streams, such as through new services or products. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. Hire, train, and supervise operational staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties. Create and implement employee development plans, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. Qualifications: 1.      Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred. 2.      3+ years as Director of Operations / Executive Assistant Manager at international hotels. 4.      Ability to understand a variety of industrial issues and develop strategic business plans. 5.      Problem solving ability on both operational and/or strategic areas. 6.      Strong interpersonal skills & leadership. 7.      Fluent written & spoken English. 8.      Pre-opening experience is preferred.

This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.; - Review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the local and national media; - Responsible for property adherence to Sales SOPS, Sales Systems, Sales standards and Programs; - Work as an integral member of the development and asset management team, in seeking new business opportunities and delivering data as required to assist in decision making as well as presenting to prospective owners of new projects; - Work with Revenue Management as needed on Market Analysis to provide Competitive information for strategies planning, advise Customer research trending for existing, new development and pre-opening hotels. Qualifications: · Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred. · 3+ years as Director of Sales & Marketing at international hotels. · Pre-opening experience will be preferred. · Strong interpersonal skills & leadership. · Good knowledge of Revenue Management. · Achieves goals and objectives and manages with regular performance checks. · Fluent written & spoken English.

    SCOPE The overall scope of this role is to safeguard the hotel assets and financial resources and ensure that these are utilized to maximize operating results. OVERALL OBJECTIVES To provide timely and accurate information and work together with the executive team in order for the hotel to run profitably and within the legal and corporate guidelines to maximize the use of the resources available and maintain a control over revenues and costs and help ensure that the hotel objectives are met.  The job of Director of Finance is executed satisfactorily when: All local and corporate guidelines and deadlines are met. High forecast accuracy is achieved consistently. Senior Management is provided with timely and accurate financial information. Hotel fully operates under the terms of the Management Agreement. Insurances are up to date and in compliance with local and corporate regulations. At Kempinski, Talent Development is a management responsibility and consequently an integral and important part of our Managers’ daily activities.    The Director of Finance fulfils their role as a Talent Development Ambassador when: They actively support and implement Talent Development initiatives as a part of their daily activities. They identify Training talents in their department and throughout the hotels as per below definition and actively support their career development. They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team. They personally conduct TTTTs with their team on a regular basis and take personal interest for their talents’ development plans. They recruit and select potential talent according to the Company’s current and future hotel, regional and worldwide needs including conducting interviews for positions in their department and their region. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for following and understanding all Kempinski Policies & Procedures.  Responsible for behaving in a professional and harmonious manner and following the Kempinski code of conduct. Responsible for understanding and following the terms of the Management Agreement.  Responsible for supporting, mentoring and developing the finance staff.  Responsible for supporting and encouraging training of all staff in financial matters . Responsible for developing the annual business plan together with the General Manager and Executive Committee.  Responsible for conducting monthly P&L meetings.  Responsible for monitoring and controlling all revenues and expenses and making the corresponding recommendations when needed.  Responsible for reviewing the cash position of the hotel in order to optimize the use of funds.  Responsible for preparing and submitting the quarterly self assessment report.  Responsible for preparing and submitting an accurate monthly forecast. Responsible for reviewing and signing the Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly.  Responsible for ensuring the preparation of the accurate and timely monthly financial report.     OVERALL OBJECTIVE The HR Director supports the General Director in all decision relating to strategic, organizational, and operational people matters for a luxury hotel property. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Partner to the hotel's General Director and trusted advisor to the management team, support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic HR agenda focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. Support and coach the leadership team in any organizational and people topics, to help them achieve their guest service and business objectives. Maintain and develop a strong employer brand in the local market and beyond, implement effective and innovative search and selection for senior as well as volume recruitment through a variety of sources, as well as an effective onboarding process. Drive strong colleague engagement through employee communication and creative activities and events, and ensure proactive follow up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback, handle staff grievance issues proactively. Understand the competitive positioning of the hotel as an employer in the market and create appropriate compensation & benefits structures based on market and internal benchmarking. Plan and implement an annual budget and manning guide, following up closely on personnel costs, and preparing local management reporting as well as corporate reports. Ensures that corporate and local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented. Ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration according to Kempinski standards and local requirements, including supervision of internal and external payroll services. Ensure compliance with local labour and immigration law and handle any legal issues including staff disciplinary actions. Effectively lead the HR team including recruiting, HR administration, and staff accommodation functions. Implement global performance management and talent management and succession planning processes, and follow up on the development and mobility of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, transfers, cross-trainings and task force assignments.     OVERALL OBJECTIVES This position is responsible to coordinate and manage the day to day maintenance and up keep of the hotel as it pertains to engineering. The job of Director of Engineering is executed satisfactorily when: There are no serious incidents or accidents. No serious guest complaints regarding maintenance issues. POMEC costs remain within budget. The team is motivated and efficient. At Kempinski, Talent Development is a management responsibility and consequently an integral and important part of our Managers’ daily activities.  The Director of Engineering fulfils their role as a Talent Development Ambassador when: They actively support and implement Talent Development initiatives as a part of their daily activities. They identify Training talents in their department and throughout the hotels as per below definition* and actively support their career development. They support and initiate transfer, cross exposure and task force assignments for their team. They personally conduct TTTTs with their team on a regular basis and take personal interest for their talents’ development plans. They recruit and select potential talent according to the Company’s current and future hotel, regional and worldwide needs including conducting interviews for positions in their department and their region. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the real estate. Represent the engineering function within the hotel’s executive committee. Ensure the production and supply of energy at all times. Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the hotel’s procedures in regards to the guest contact and safety. Optimise maintenance costs. Participate in projects, track renovation projects. Accept all kind of necessary maintenance tasks. Propose operating budget and investment budget. Select end recruit suitable employees for the department using prescribed set of policies and procedures. Conduct monthly departmental meetings with the team in order to review the monthly achievements and areas for improvement. Conduct annual performance evaluations. Comply with all Kempinski company policies. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
