职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责落实和完善物资采购管理体系,对直接下属的业务知识和业务技能培训。
Be responsible for implementing and improving the material procurement management system, and providing business knowledge and skills training to direct subordinates.
2. 负责审核各部门的采购申请单,与仓库联络,确保不出现重复采购。
Be responsible for reviewing the purchase application forms of each department and contacting the warehouse to ensure that there is no duplicate purchase.
3. 负责日常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查,开发货源。
Be responsible for the daily procurement work, and regularly conduct market research in collaboration with the material accounting department and the purchasing department to develop supply sources.
4.收集市场信息,做到货比三家、优质优价优先,发现新产品,调整进货价格,报上级批准后执行。
Collect market information, compare prices among different suppliers, and prioritize quality at high prices. When new products are discovered, adjust the purchase prices and report to the superior for approval before implementation.
5.负责日常采购合同、协议的签署,对合同的执行进行管理。
Be responsible for the signing of daily procurement contracts and agreements, and manage the execution of the contracts.
6.负责做好采购成本费用核算,努力为酒店节约采购成本。
Be responsible for accurately calculating the procurement cost and expenses, and strive to save the hotel's procurement costs.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上学历,从事酒店物资管理和采购工作3年以上,具有丰富的采购知识和经验。
College degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in hotel material management and procurement, possessing rich knowledge and experience in procurement.
2.优秀的组织管理能力。
Excellent organization and management ability.
3.熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序。
Proficient in the procurement procedures and the internal control procedures of the hotel.
4.优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
