【岗位职责】
•Sell to new, existing, and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售，并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。
•Sell all facets and products of the hotel.
销售酒店的所有设施和产品。
•Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
开发并保持定期的销售拜访，与目标市场主要联系人保持良好沟通。
•Responsible for the promotion and booking of banquets etc.
全面负责宴会推销、预订工作。
•Formulated the marketing plan of banquet sales, improved the working procedures and standards of banquet sales department, formulated and directed the implementation of banquet sales rules and regulations.
制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准，制定宴会销售规章制度并指挥实施。
•Build image within local marketplace through attending events.
通过参与当地市场的各种活动在市场上树立良好形象。
•Entertain clients.
招待客户。
•Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
计划并带领客人参观酒店环境。
•Conduct regular telemarketing and sales blitz to develop new account as well as maintaining existing accounts.
定期电话营销以及集中大规模陌生拜访用以发展新客户和维护已有客户。
【岗位要求】
•University Degree in related subjects preferred.
大学学历，相关专业毕业。
•With experience in hotel banquet sales, able to carry out the overall marketing work according to the characteristics of the industry, have a certain accumulation of customers and team spirit.
具有酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神。
•Rich experience in the organization and execution of high-end banquets.
对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验。
•Have strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
