【岗位职责】 1.检查房态并记录，及时将房态汇报给楼层主管。 2.清洁并整理客房洗手间里的客用物品。 3.清理打扫房间这主要包括，吸尘，擦拭家具，清理垃圾，做床，清理面盆浴缸马桶毛巾镜子和地面，抹尘等。 4.为房间补足酒水与日用消耗品，为客人悬挂衣服和清理客人随带的小物品。 5.清理已退的房间，汇报房间内是否有损坏物品。 6.报告房间内需要维修的问题，汇报有可疑行为的客人。 7.汇报房间遗失物品，上交给楼层主管拾到物品。 8.检查清洁后的客房，填写客房服务员每日报表。 9.检查住客房客人的洗衣并通知洗衣房，为客人收洗衣并送至洗衣房。 【岗位要求】 1.身体健康，能够吃苦耐劳，能够承受工作压力。 2.有主动服务意识，良好的对客沟通能力。 3.乐于助人，性格开朗，服从部门安排。
