负责酒店布草、制服的洗涤盘点工作，负责洗衣房员工的培训及考核工作，服从洗衣房经理的工作安排。 主要职责 1.负责酒店的布草、员工制服和客衣的洗涤熨烫工作的正常运作。 2.负责本部门员工的培训工作，进行业务指导及考核。 3.监督安全生产及卫生管理工作，积极倡导“绿色酒店”环保意识。 4.督导员工擦拭保养洗涤设备，与友邻部门建立良好的工作联系。 5.教育员工遵守饭店各项规章制度和岗位工作规程；做好员工的思想工作。 6.掌握洗烫设备、各类纺织物品和洗涤用品性能，在保证质量的前提下，做到高效低耗，控制成本。 任职要求 1．高中以上学历 熟悉酒店布草/制服房系统，分类,缝纫、修补不同织物知识，缝纫机的操作知识。 2.具备五星级酒店洗衣房或制服房主管的任职经历。
