岗位职责： 1、发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料；组织、安排应聘人员面试 2、核算员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续 3、负责社保保险、公积金、劳动合同管理 4、办理员工的入离职转正、调动、离职等异动手续 5、协助员工培训、团建活动开展 6、负责员工档案的管理 7、人力资源部经理交办的其他事项。 任职要求： 1、有无经验都可以。 2、大专以上学历、工作责任心强 3、待遇五险一金、年终奖励、员工团建、带薪年假、提供食宿。

客户接待服务：热情迎接进店宾客，引导入座并递上菜单，主动介绍菜品特色、酒水种类及优惠活动，耐心解答客户咨询。 餐品服务执行：准确记录客户点餐信息并传达至后厨，及时端送菜品与酒水，确保餐品完整、温度适宜，上菜顺序合理。 用餐过程维护：全程关注客户用餐需求，及时更换餐具、添加茶水，响应客户呼叫，处理简单用餐问题，提升客户用餐体验。 餐后收尾工作：客户用餐结束后，迅速清理餐桌、地面，整理餐具并送至洗涤区，保持用餐区域整洁，为下一批客户做好准备。 团队协作配合：配合厨师等岗位完成工作，传递客户特殊需求或意见，参与餐前准备与餐后盘点，保障餐饮服务顺畅。

【岗位职责】 1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。 2、清洁并擦亮所有器皿。 3、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。 4、添加所需的布品及操作设备。 5、从仓库内领取物品。 6、根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。 7、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。 8、结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。 【岗位要求】 1、大专学历或以上 2、对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳。 3、掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的西餐服务技能。 4、身体健康，仪表端正。
