【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店餐厅前厅日常现场全面管理，统筹日常散客、包厢、小型宴会全流程接待工作，保障门店营运顺畅不脱节。 2、管理餐厅服务员日常工作，做好排班、在岗带教、服务规范督导，管好前厅班组日常在岗各项工作。 3、严格把控西餐、日料前厅服务品质、环境卫生、专用餐具合规消杀，贴合酒店星级服务标准，守住基础服务底线。 4、及时妥善处理宾客用餐咨询、各类小额客诉，用心维护老客口碑，提升住店客人、到店散客用餐体验。 5、做好前厅物料盘点、耗材管控，配合餐饮部做好日常台账登记、成本把控，对接后厨同步每日用餐相关工作事宜。 【岗位要求】 1、25-40岁，形象良好，待人亲和有耐心，有高端餐饮、星级酒店前厅现场管理服务意识；简单会基础英语口语、基础服务礼貌日语话术，可对接外籍住店客群优先。 2、有1-2年以上西餐、日料餐厅前厅主管带班经验，熟悉餐厅全套日常营运工作流程即可。 3、能接受餐饮早晚班、节假日轮岗上班，抗压能力强，擅长带团队、现场沟通协调，控场能力稳。 4、无不良从业前科，服从酒店餐饮部统一工作安排，遵守酒店各项合规管理制度。

【岗位职责】 1、接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求，并予以妥善解决。 2、接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录。 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供给准确的房况信息。 4、落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 5、调节和控制房间预订、销售。 【岗位要求】 1、具备热情的工作态度、拥有良好的执行力和团队精神； 2、具备较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力； 3、大专以上学历，普通话标准，具备一定英语基础； 4、熟练掌握基本办公软件操作，打字熟练； 5、具有星级酒店相关实习或工作经验者优先。

【岗位职责】 1、负责为客户提供专业的养发护理服务，包括头皮检测、养发方案制定及护理操作2、熟练掌握各类养发仪器及产品的使用，确保服务过程安全规范 3、跟踪客户养发效果，定期回访并调整护理方案 4、维护客户关系，解答客户关于养发护发的专业咨询 5、保持工作区域整洁，严格执行消毒卫生标准 【岗位要求】 1、18-45岁，身体健康，形象气质佳 2、2年以上养发师或相关美容美发行业工作经验 3、熟悉头皮生理结构及常见头发问题解决方案 4、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力 5、能适应排班工作制，有团队协作精神

岗位职责 1、确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 4、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取好的经济效益。 5、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 6、熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 7、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 8、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度。 9、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。

工作职责：岗位职责：1.熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。2.清洁并擦亮所有器皿。3.保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。4.添加所需的布品及操作设备。5.根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。6.根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。7.结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。任职资格：具有良好的宾客服务意识、亲和力和沟通技巧。实习至少六个月
