岗位职责： 执行巡逻、观察酒店公共场所设施及酒店外围区域时，必须留意一切：如有事故发生，应立即制止，并及时向上级报告。发现异常情况（如：火警、盗窃、照明灯损坏、水管破裂漏水、门窗玻璃破碎等）应做好记录并汇报值班主管处理。每位保安员都是义务消防员，必须履行消防员职责。 任职要求： 1、持有中级消防员证件。 2、具备一定的语言和文字表达能力、或退伍军人。 3、具备使用基本消防设备、通讯器材、技术防范设施设备和相关防卫器械技能。 4、具备与岗位职责相应的观察、发现、处置问题能力。

工作职责： 1. 按照希尔顿品牌标准，为宾客提供高效、专业、个性化的前厅接待服务，包括入住/退房办理、问询解答、行李协助等； 2. 主动收集宾客反馈，及时记录并向上级反馈服务改进建议； 3. 准确介绍希尔顿荣誉客会计划及会员权益，依规开展会员招募与识别，确保会员宾客享受对应礼遇； 4. 规范处理宾客投诉，遵循酒店投诉响应流程，在授权范围内及时协调解决，确保宾客满意度； 5. 维护宾客档案信息，准确录入并更新宾客偏好、历史入住记录等数据，保障服务连续性； 6. 严格执行班次交接制度，确保信息传递完整、准确，落实每日简报会议要求； 7. 熟悉酒店周边交通、景点、餐饮等实用信息，为宾客提供准确指引； 8. 遵守酒店安全管理制度及突发事件处置流程，落实健康与安全操作规范； 9. 按要求参加部门培训及产品知识学习，持续提升岗位履职能力； 10. 配合完成上级交办的其他与前厅服务相关的合理工作任务。 任职资格： 1. 在校大学生，专业不限，具备良好的服务意识与职业素养； 2. 具备基础英语听说能力，能使用简单英语完成日常接待沟通（如问候、指引、信息确认等）； 3. 具备基本计算机操作能力，能熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel）及酒店常用信息系统（入职后提供系统培训）； 4. 具有较强的责任心、学习能力与团队协作精神，能适应轮班制工作安排； 5. 身体健康，仪表整洁，符合酒店前厅岗位形象规范要求； 6. 无违法违纪记录，认同希尔顿品牌服务理念。

1.Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. 根据标准工作流程、备料单、照片及上级指示准备食物。 2.Assists Pastry Chef in training Commis, and participates in product development and quality control. 协助饼房厨师长培训西点厨师，参与西点出品和质量的管控。 3.Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed. 保证西饼房工作运作的顺利进行。在指导下进行所有食品的准备工作。 4.Organizes and supervises the work carried out by commis chefs and apprentices in the area under his/her responsibility. 管理和监督所属范围内的厨师及厨工的工作。 5.Helps subordinate develop their skills to the best of their ability and provides support for career development.                    帮助下属提高他们的技能并为他们的职业发展提供支持。 6.Participate in the control of food quality/taste/presentation. 参与食品质量、口感、装裱等的管控工作。
