工作要求： 1、需具备5-10年以上酒店、文旅、疗养行业工作经验，熟悉营销管理、策划、市场开发、营销等工作； 2、有5年以上同等职位任职经历，具备团队管理经验，能够带领团队完成营销目标； 3、有成功的文旅、酒店、疗养项目全程运营实战经验，参与或操盘过完整个案，熟悉营销策划的全流程； 4、熟悉酒店、文旅、疗养行业的营销规律和客户需求，具备市场洞察分析能力，能够制定并执行营销策略，包括线上线下渠道的推广 ； 5、能够对营销数据进行分析和复盘，根据数据结果调整策略； 6、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与内部团队及外部合作伙伴保持良好关系 。 7、抗压能力：工作压力较大，需具备较强的心理素质和抗压能力 8、能够把握市场趋势和客户需求，提出创新性的运营思路和方案

1.全面负责景区营销组织和管理工作，确保项目营销正常运行。 2.分析、把握行业发展状况，并制订项目各阶段营销战略规划。 3.负责营销团队建设和管理工作，制定适宜、可操作的绩效考核制度并确保有效执行。 4.负责组织营销渠道的拓展，构建全面的营销管理体系。 5.负责管理和指导营销专业人员，对营销专业人员进行培训、指导和工作考核。 6.负责危机公关处理。

【岗位职责】 1、负责江西菜系的菜品研发、制作及出品质量把控 2、根据季节变化调整菜单，开发创新江西风味菜品 3、严格把控食材选用、成本控制及厨房卫生管理 4、协助制定标准化操作流程，确保菜品口味一致性 5、指导帮厨完成食材预处理及基础菜品制作 【岗位要求】 1、精通江西菜系烹饪技法，熟悉鄱阳湖水产、井冈山山珍等特色食材 2、具备扎实的刀工、火候掌控及调味功底 3、能独立完成三杯鸡、藜蒿炒腊肉、余干辣椒炒肉等经典赣菜 4、持有厨师职业资格证（初级以上）者优先 5、具有团队协作意识，能适应高强度厨房工作节奏
